Comments:

I liked this game after a few play throughs. My first impression was "Asteroids?!?! I don't like this game already!"

After i had played it though i had to have another go as it had features that asteroids doesn't. I liked the timer and score counter animations as it reminded me a little of Predator.

The sound effects were implemented well and fitted the game.

One nice feature of this game was the shaking screen when shooting. It added a sort of "Force Feedback" feeling to the game.

The intro for the game was well designed and modeled.

COMMENTS: Very not bad at all this. It was professionally presented, with neat flourishes such as a screen shake effect. For some reason though I couldn't see my score until the very end when I died... not sure if this was intentional or not? The only thing I truly dislike about this game is the engine. It's a bit too floaty, and your ship moves a bit too fast for comfort, and it takes an age to slow it down again. If this was rectified this would score a fair bit more from me.

Simple but polished is a good policy to go by when making arcade games. More fine attention to detail here. Wonderful graphics and effects. The idea isn't really unique, I'm sad to say, but it's definitely a good execution of it. Some might say that the hard-to-decipher timer is useless, but it made it easier to concentrate on blowing things up.
